ELIGIBILITY FOR THE MEMBERSHIP OF BAR

Description : THE CANDIDATE NEEDS TO FULFILL THE CIRTERIA FOR THE MEMBERSHIP OF SIALKOT TAX BAR ASSOCIATION. AFTER RECEIPT OF THE FORMS, THE APPLICATION IS ASSESSED IN THE GENERAL HOUSE MEETING.

MEMBERSHIP FORM

Description : The candidate needs to follow the guidelines for his entrance into the bar. The Membership Form contains all details needed for submissions in front of the executive committee and the general house.

LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION

Description : Each Candiate must have at least two recommendation letters from Senior Veterans. The objective is to ensure the code of ethics inherent into the candidate that would retain the decorum and discipline in the bar.

MEMORANDUM AND ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION - BY LAWS OF STBA TILL 31st DEC 2024

Description : The memorandum and articles of association contains the detailed by laws which embodies all aspects of the association. The law prevails while undergoing any activity at bar level. Sialkot Tax Bar is a member of Pakistan Tax Bar Association.
